An extensive remodel of a San Francisco residence was done for our client, a developer in the Bay Area. This home took on a refined and elegant look. It included a new rooftop deck with a spectacular bay view. While the exterior could not change since it was listed on the historic registry, we completely changed the interior floor plan on all four levels.
