        AndreiaVargas
Architecture,
Associate
From the South of Brazil, Andreia’s passion for architecture and interior spaces began at a young age, inspired by her mother’s creative flair for painting and decorating their home. Andreia has an equal love for architecture and interiors, where she finds the perfect balance between structural design and the creation of beautifully functional interiors. Her work reflects a deep understanding of how both the external and internal aspects of a building contribute to a cohesive, harmonious space.

Andreia draws inspiration from architectural giants like Oscar Niemeyer, Burle Marx, and Frank Lloyd Wright, whose innovative work has shaped her approach. She has a deep appreciation for creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically impactful.

Outside of work, Andreia enjoys spiritual learning, spending quality time with family and friends, and embracing the outdoors—whether she’s exploring nature or planning her next trip to relax on a beach in Brazil.

        Caitlin Frostholm
Interiors,
Associate
Caitlin’s passion for interior architecture started with childhood afternoons spent building Lego houses and driving through neighborhoods to admire beautiful homes. Intrigued by how spaces shape people's lives, she pursued a career in design. Caitlin excels at working closely with clients, getting to know their preferences and creating designs that feel like a natural extension of their vision. In her own words "When you work with people, sometimes for years, you get a great understanding of each other and what they respond to. I always say each client has their own dance that you have to learn and once you get that down, projects progress naturally."

Beyond architecture, Caitlin is full of surprises—like her juggling talent, honed while sick with the flu at age 12. Croatia is at the top of her travel list, and when it comes to food, she’s always in the mood for a burrito with al Pastor. Her design pet peeve? Too much grey—she’s ready for that trend to pass.

Matt has spent much of his life amidst the peaks and dells of Mill Valley.  He enjoys interfacing with clients and helping to realize their personal vision of home.  He is inspired by human achievement in all its manifestations, particularly the work of architect Rafael Moneo.  Matt isa climber and weightlifter because he finds that these activities provide objective metrics by which he can measure personal progress.  Don't get him started on the history of Formula 1 between 1981 and 1994 unless you have plenty of time on your hands.
